Accommodation - Tokomaru Bay

Selai: Uplifting, mindful and environmentally conscientious place. The hosts are kind grounded people who have taken great care and thought with the design of their accommodation.

Laura: Excellent thoughtful hosts who ensured all our family had a great time. Children loved meeting the horse, jumping on tramp, making pictures with sea glass and creating so many imaginative games on the beach and using the drift wood. Batch was amazing, super comfy bed, place clean and tidy. Felt like top notch accommodation. Some guests might struggle with the bio toilet but we found the facilities clean and got used to bio toilet quickly. We would love to go back

That accommodation, a feeling of home away from home? Offering comfort, warmth, and a fresh minimalistic style, where the beds are comfortable, on a family friendly property. the house is yours, it’s private! The Perfect accommodation for Business people, the perfect venue to host a meeting, or Wananga? Our two accommodations cater up to 6 people. Kaingarua = 4 people. Kaingaiti = 2 people. The house sits on about an acre of land, with views to the sea and hills. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, as are the local food store, the cafe, and the fish&chip shop. The Tavern is a 5 minute drive away along the picturesque beach road. We reward our returning customers with discounts, just remind us. View the photo’s below. KAINGARUA - THE HOUSE - Unavailable at this time. please direct your attention to Kaingaiti

Simple Styles in Paradise” House - Maximum 4 people. No Linen option

Booking fee: $155 for one person. $20 each extra person, $25 one off cost for cleaning.

Optional Extras: linen $15 per person . Continental Breakfast (toast & spreads, cereal & Milk, tea & Coffee) $5 per person, per night.

Beds: King bed for two, and two single beds. One Shower, Full kitchen and House is yours Exclusively.

Peak season: eg: Anzac, Easter, Labour, Christmas: Booking Fee: $165-$180 for one person.

KAINGAITI - THE CHALET - Simple and affordable” Chalet - Maximum 2 people. No Linen option

Booking fee: $80 for single person, $20 for extra person. $20 cleaning.

Optional Extras: linen $15 per person. Continental Breakfast (toast & spreads, cereal & Milk, tea & Coffee) $5 per person, per night.

Peak Season: eg: Anzac, Easter, Labour, Christmas: Booking Fee: $90-$100 for one person.

Beds:One King Single bed, One Single Bed. Basic dishes and utensils, microwave, small fridge, toaster and kettle, Shower and Composting Toilet. Hot and cold running water, and sink at Chalet door.

CHECK IN: after 3pm. CHECK OUT: before 10am. We request a Damage Deposit of $200, which will be returned to your account if there is no damage. Your email and cell phone number will be required for communication and confirmation of ID, with drivers license, which can be verified on arrival. Rules will be forwarded to your email, which must be read and agreed to.
